Community Ed/Summer Rec Summer Field Trips

 The Red Rock Central Community Ed is excited to offer 3 summer Field Trips. Please mark your calendars, request a registration and permission slip form (by either calling RRC High School – 752-7361 or emailing Stacey Vold – volds@nutelecom.net or Jenny Stavnes – jenstav6@gmail.com), and get registered by the deadlines to ensure your spot.
 

THURSDAY JUNE 21st:

Join us for a PRIVATE showing of the new Incredibles 2 movie at the Marshall 6 theater.

“Incredibles 2 resumes where The Incredibles ends, with the introduction of the villain ”The Underminer”. The Parr family struggles to maintain normal lives while Elastigirl, continues to fight crime and campaign for the return of "supers"; while Bob a.k.a. Mr. Incredible, stays at home caring for their children Violet ,Dash and Jack-Jack, discovering the baby's secret powers in the process. Also, the Parrs and their ally Frozone ,find they must battle a new villain, who goes by the name of Screenslaver.

This movie is rated PG and is being offered to all ages at a cost of $5.00 (additional money may be brought for treats to be purchased at the theater). A private RRC Community Ed showing is set for 10:00AM

*CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT*

Bus will leave from the North side of the RRC School building at 9:00AM

 

MONDAY JULY 9th:

Take in a baseball game at Franklin Rodgers Park in Mankato.  
The Mankato MoonDogs are a collegiate amateur baseball team and have a Mini MoonDogs program where all of our summer rec players can: Come to the game as gates open, play catch, have a wiffleball HR derby, and get autographs from their Mankato MoonDogs players

  • Line up on the field with the MoonDogs and Muttnik for the National Anthem
  • Receive a MoonDogs meal deal (Hot Dog – Soda – Chips)
  • Come out onto the field after the game to play catch and run the bases on the BRAND NEW field

The gates open at 6:05 and the game starts at 7:05 Cost is $10.00 per student (meal of hot dog, soda and chips included), $13.00 per adult (meal included) or $9.00 per adult (no meal)

Bus will leave from the North side of the RRC School at 4:30PM

Valleyfair Trip
