The 2019 Red Rock Central Homecoming Royalty has been announced!

Queen Candidates are: Bridget Bierl, daughter of Chad and Amy Bierl; Kaylee Derickson, daughter of John and Brenda Derickson; Kenya Duroe, daughter of Cody and Lisa Duroe; Carissa Erickson, daughter of Troy and Lisa Erickson; Hannah Evans, daughter of Jonathan and Emily Evans; and Emma Stevenson, daughter of Derek and Kristi Stevenson.

King Candidates are: Hayden Determan, son of Troy and Dawn Determan; Owen Grant, son of Bruce and Ann Grant; Jonah Hansen, son of John and Jane Hansen; Tavion Ryker, son of Sheila Ryker; Blaine VanMeveren, son of Cheryl VanMeveren and the late Brett VanMeveren; and Derek Werner, son of Wade and Molly Werner.

Junior attendants are Kierra Highby, daughter of Lowell Highby; Kennedy Vold, daughter of Tom and Stacey Vold; Damian Osland, son of Tim and Stacey Osland; and Dominik Smith, son of John and Jody Smith.

Sophomore attendants are Carlee Sell, daughter of Kenneth and Patty Sell, and Brandon Hensch, son of Mike and Kari Hensch.

Freshman attendants are Josie Horning, daughter of Todd and Jeannie Horning and Toby Osland, son of Glen and Sunny Osland.

First Grade attendants are Chloe Coners, daughter of Scott Coners and Carlie Matter, and Grayson Pfarr, son of Brian Pfarr and Kelly Pfarr.

Homecoming Coronation will be held Monday, September 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the high school gym. No admission will be charged.

As usual, athletic events will be featured during Homecoming week. The Volleyball team will host Murray County Central on Thursday, beginning at 4:45. They will also play Westbrook-Walnut Grove in a 1:00 match on Friday afternoon.  The football team will wrap up homecoming week taking on Southland on Saturday afternoon with a 2:30 p.m. kick off.

RRC Football Team will sponsor Legion Burgers starting at 12:00 at the athletic field.

The 2019 Homecoming Royalty will be featured at halftime of the football game.

The grand march and dance will be in the high school gym Friday Night. Admission to the dance is $5.00 with the Royalty being admitted for free.

The Student Council has chosen Dress-Up Days for Homecoming week, as follows:
Monday - Jersey Day
Tuesday - USA Day
Wednesday - Way Back Wednesday
Thursday - Pink Day (Cancer Awareness)
Friday - Spirit Day

The Student Council will sponsor Friday’s annual Activity Day, with morning classes participating in events like dodgeball, and tug-of-war. Again this year there will be a volleyball game at 1:00 p.m., where the whole school will have a chance to cheer on our Falcons!
