Things to submit for Q Comp to your cluster group:
1) Submit 2 personal goals (counts for student achievement category)
2) Have 2 peer observations (if full time) and submit observations forms to cluster

Things to submit for teacher evaluation for Mr. Ewing (5-12) or Mr. Lee (PreK-4):
1) Submit one goal using the Individual Growth and Development form (can be one of Q Comp goals) (Appendix A)
2) Submit the pre- and post-observation forms for each peer observation (two if full time) (Appendices B & C)
3) After completing student surveys, submit Charlotte Danielson’s rubric (Appendix D)
